電力蓋板生產(chǎn)工藝采用混凝土震動預(yù)制工具，將水泥混凝土倒入蓋板塑料模具后，通過震動平臺震動成型，自然養(yǎng)護(hù)至水泥凝固后即可脫模，完成整個生產(chǎn)工藝。

電力蓋板根據(jù)邊框放樣尺寸，又專人進(jìn)行角鐵畫線切割，角鐵兩頭切割45度拼角焊接，角鐵邊框焊接時不可有過燒、咬邊、夾渣等現(xiàn)象。焊接時為保證角鐵邊框尺寸一致、不變形，邊框底部可設(shè)置平整鋼板一塊，在鋼板上彈線，，四周用角焊出角鐵邊框模型，焊接時角鋼放入模型內(nèi)焊接加工為保證邊框內(nèi)混凝土與鍍鋅邊框粘結(jié)牢固，可在邊框內(nèi)側(cè)焊接若干螺紋鋼筋。
角鐵邊框水平放在預(yù)制場地上，在邊框底部鋪3mm橡膠皮，以保證成型后的蓋板底部不漏漿，且底部平整、光滑，底部混凝土不高出角鐵邊框。
電力蓋板安裝
運輸時應(yīng)考慮蓋板受力方向，蓋板反向受力，容易造成蓋板斷裂，將蓋板擱置在電纜溝上，電纜溝兩頭采用經(jīng)緯儀每20m左右定點。拉線調(diào)整蓋板順直及平整度。蓋板擱置點底部擱置3mm厚橡膠皮墊，用以調(diào)整蓋板的穩(wěn)定性及表面平整度。
